Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Overcoming substance use can be a massive challenge. TrueNorth Treatment Center creates a space to enhance perspectives for those seeking to increase the skills necessary to cope with the pressures of recovery and day-to-day living.

Substance abuse treatment involves a of continuum of care. TrueNorth Treatment Centers’ commitment to you continues long after your time in intensive outpatient. During Continued Care, we create an individual recovery plan that is custom designed to meet your needs and work for your life. When those needs change—as they will—your plans may change. TrueNorth Treatment Center will be here for you, and adapt, if that time comes.

Intensive outpatient care is comprised of eight weeks of IOP sessions, followed by six months of continued care services with housing options available.

  • Trauma-informed approaches
  • Peer support services
  • Yoga and mindfulness training
  • Therapeutic and psychoeducation groups
  • Medication management
  • Health and wellness check ups
  • Parenting and family dynamics education
  • Comprehensive Continued Care services

SUBSTANCE USE IOP
(With or Without Sober Living)

8 weeks IOP group programming
6 months of continued care services

Substance Use IOP includes:

  • Targeted case management
  • Peer support services
  • Parenting groups
  • Individual and family counseling
  • Random lab-verified drug screening
  • Medication evaluation and management

JOURNEY PROGRAM
(Mental Health IOP)

8 weeks IOP group programming
6 months of continued care services.

Journey Program IOP includes:

  • Targeted case management
  • Peer support services
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Random lab-verified drug screening (as needed)
  • Medication evaluation and management

ADOLESCENT IOP

8 weeks IOP group programming
4 months of continued care services

Adolescent IOP includes:

  • Targeted case management
  • Peer support services
  • Individual and family counseling
  • Random lab-verified drug screening
  • Medication evaluation and management
  • Transportation as needed (Daviess County residents only)
