Therapeutic Focus:

Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss/life transitions, Parental Coordination Services, Anger Management, and Couples Counseling.

Age range:

16 years of age or older

Type:

Individual, couples and/or family sessions.

About Me:

I provide counseling services to teenagers (age 16 or older), adults and couples. My goal as a therapist is to provide an environment that allows you to explore the issues in your life that you want to address in order to create a happier and more balanced lifestyle. My experience has been oriented toward addiction and co-occurring issues, ie: anxiety, depression, trauma and cultural/relational issues affecting one's ability to navigate their lives. I have a variety of counseling approaches including Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Reality Therapy.

An area of focus I take with every client is to examine all key areas of their lives. By recognizing and creating a deeper understanding of our strengths and weaknesses, we create a foundation of who we are and what we are aspiring toward.

I am at your disposal whether you are in a state of crisis or are simply in need of an objective and confidential place for exploration. Please contact me with any questions or for consultation.

Age Range:

Adolescents, Teenagers (14 to 19), and Adults

Type:

Individual, couples and/or family sessions.

About me:

I am passionate in working with clients who have a substance use issue, due to close experiences near loved ones who have- and have had- substance-related issues. I also work with Mental Health issues, addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, bipolar, and adjustment disorders.

I have been working in the field of Substance Abuse for over 5 years and have worked with a variety of clients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Along with my substance abuse experience, I have direct clinical experience working with adolescents (12+), teenagers, and adults to address mental health issues.

I am very open-minded and non-judgmental. My goal is to make every client feel comfortable while doing one of the hardest things we, as humans, have to do- ask for help.
